The question is whether the story will be very different at the Democratic National Convention. That is a big question mark, since party leaders have sometimes criticized or shunned the network.
That said, figures like Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg and Sen. Chris Coons (D-DE) have appeared recently, while Kamala Harris' campaign announced over the weekend that part of a mega ad buy would go toward the network's daytime programming, "particularly during daytime programming that reaches a more moderate audience."
