Nearly 50 years after “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” debuted, Tim Curry is gearing up for another spooky role.
What happened to actor Tim Curry from the movies "It" and "Home Alone"!
The veteran actor returns to the big screen as a character in the horror film "Stream," which opens in select theaters on Wednesday. It will be his first feature film role since the 2010 comedy "Burke & Hare," though he has worked as a voice actor on numerous animated projects since then. He also appeared in the 2016 television film remake of "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" on Fox.
In addition to his role as Dr. Frank-N-Furter in the “Rocky Horror” film, Curry earned his genre bona fides with his performance as Pennywise in the TV miniseries “It,” and roles in films such as “Legend,” “Clue” and “Scary Movie 2.”
“Stream” writer, director and producer Michael Leavy said it was a dream come true to have the icon in his film.
