Timothy Olyphant will star in the as-yet-untitled golf comedy series starring Owen Wilson on Apple TV+, Variety has learned exclusively.

The show was originally picked up for 10 episodes by Apple in March. Wilson will star alongside fellow cast members Peter Dager, Marc Maron, Mariana Treviño, Lilli Kay and Judy Greer. Olyphant will appear in a guest role.

According to the official logline, the series follows Pryce Cahill (Wilson), "an over-the-hill, ex-pro golfer whose career was prematurely derailed 20 years ago. After he gets fired from his job at an Indiana sporting goods store and his wife leaves him, Pryce puts his money where his mouth is on a troubled 17-year-old golfing phenom (Drager).

Olyphant will play Clark, who is described as “a successful former golf pro who once toured with Pryce.”
