Before you start

What this tool does

Prepare plain text without pasting it into an external processing service. Check counts, remove trailing whitespace, reduce excessive blank lines and compare the lines in two versions.

The working

Counts are calculated from the text currently entered. Word segmentation varies by language; the tool explains the counting method it uses.

Where the estimate stops

Whitespace cleanup can change meaningful formatting in code or poetry. Keep an original copy. Line comparison is a practical summary, not a complete semantic or source-control diff.
