WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H dropped a major hint about the return of former Universal Champion Goldberg. The WWE Hall of Famer has been a free agent for the past few years. He was recently spotted at WWE Bad Blood 2024.

Goldberg last competed for WWE in 2022 against Roman Reigns at Elimination Chamber in Saudi Arabia, where he lost the WWE Universal Title. Following the match, his contract with WWE expired, making him a free agent.
This past weekend in Atlanta, Georgia, Goldberg attended WWE Bad Blood 2024 when he appeared ringside with his family. During the show, Triple H announced a new annual event at WWE Crown Jewel. The event will feature champions from the men’s and women’s divisions of RAW and SmackDown, with the winner being crowned Crown Jewel Champion.
Current WWE World Heavyweight Champion Gunther entered the ring. He stated that he intended to win the Crown Jewel Championship, but turned his attention to Goldberg ringside. The Ring General landed punches on Goldberg, prompting him to jump over the barricade for a confrontation, but security quickly restrained him.
