Let's be fair: UnREAL has lived up to its name for four seasons.

This shameless drama series followed the cast and crew of Everlasting, a parody of dating shows like The Bachelor, as they intrigued, tricked, and outright murdered their competitors, all in the name of good television.

UnREAL focused on troubled talent handler Rachel (Shiri Appleby) and ruthless executive producer Quinn (Emmy nominee Constance Zimmer) as they use everything from mind manipulation to pharmaceutical intervention to stir up drama and maybe something resembling love for the adoring audience watching at home. First airing on Lifetime and then on Hulu, the series proved time and time again that when given a choice between the right thing and the crazy thing, you always choose the latter – sometimes to the audience’s detriment, but always to their amusement.
