A self-proclaimed "shaman" who was among the Donald Trump supporters who stormed the U.S. Capitol can have his horned fur headdress and spear returned to him, a judge ruled Monday.
Meet the 'QAnon Shaman' Behind the Horns at the Capitol Riot
Jacob Chansley, 36, known as the “QAnon Shaman,” became one of the faces of the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol because of his red, white and blue face paint, bare chest and unusual headdress.
Chansley, also known as Jake Angeli, was among the first of hundreds of rioters who stormed the Capitol on January 6, 2021, as lawmakers were certifying Democrat Joe Biden's victory over Trump in the 2020 presidential election.
He pleaded guilty to one offence, obstructing an official proceeding, and was sentenced to 41 months in prison. However, he was released early in May last year.
