LA Dodgers fan settles lawsuit over parking lot attack
A lawsuit against the Los Angeles Dodgers by a fan who was attacked in a stadium parking lot after a 2019 game has been settled. No terms were disclosed.
The fan, Rafael Reyna, was hospitalized with a brain injury after he was attacked during the Dodgers-Arizona Diamondbacks game on March 29, 2019.
Reyna was walking to his car in one of the parking lots around midnight when he was violently assaulted by five people. He collapsed and hit his head, the complaint said. The fight left him on life support.
