Universal is working on a Ruiner movie.

Ruiner was developed by Reikon Games and was originally released in September 2017. The twin-stick shooter video game is set in the year 2901 in a futuristic cyberpunk city called Rengkok.
"The game follows a psychopath as he battles a corrupt system to uncover the truth and bring back his kidnapped brother," the game's official synopsis reads. "Under the guidance of a mysterious hacker, he battles through a world of brutal violence and advanced technology, all the while getting closer to the dark secrets hidden within the city's neon-lit streets."
According to Variety, Universal Pictures has acquired the rights to adapt Ruiner into a feature film.
