Perello is from Mallorca, an island in Spain that is also the birthplace of her husband. She completed her studies in business administration in 2010 at the University of the Balearic Islands. Perello continued her studies and obtained her postgraduate degree at a graduate school called ESADE in Barcelona. She currently serves as Director General, Secretary of the Supervisory Board and CEO of the Rafa Nadal Foundation.
