Kanye West and Ty Dolla Sign's Vultures 2, which went live to listeners on August 8, has become a major talking point because of its cover art. On the cover, fans can see West wearing an all-black outfit and holding a large portrait of a man in his hands.
According to XXL Magazine, the man is none other than rapper Ty Dolla Sign's brother, Jabreal Muhammad, also known as TC. Using the album cover of Vultures 2, he pays tribute to his brother, who is currently incarcerated. He confirmed this detail in the comments of one of West's Instagram posts. The latter shared it before deleting his account.
