Bath and Body Works recently apologized for discontinuing the “Snowed In” candles. Fans are wondering why the bath and lotion chain apologized and want to know the reason behind it. Did the product create negative feelings when it was sold? Did it create uncomfortable feelings?

Bath and Body Works sold winter-themed candles whose holders were decorated with stylized paper snowflakes with two holes. Unfortunately, the snowflakes' appearance attracted the attention of many fans, who compared their uncanny resemblance to the robes worn by members of the infamous Ku Klux Klan (KKK).
