Dr. Jennifer Ashton Says Goodbye to 'GMA'
Dr. Jennifer Ashton is leaving GMA to focus on her new business venture.
In April of this year, Dr. Jennifer Ashton announced on her show that she would be leaving Good Morning America and ABC. When asked by her co-host, DeMarco Morgan, about "what's next," she spoke about her new business venture, which leans more into her "medical professional passions." She further explained the reason for her departure by saying, "I really wanted to dedicate 100 percent of my bandwidth to launching this new company."
The aforementioned company seems to focus on information, content, community, and symptom management regarding women’s health. It has currently launched a free newsletter called Ajenda. Ashton further explains, “I think there’s a huge need right now for women’s health, information, and communication, and people can go to joinagenda.com to follow what else I’m doing.”
