WWE is gearing up for a big showdown between Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa, the new leader of The Bloodline. Reigns made a long-awaited return at WWE SummerSlam, where he faced off against his family member Solo Sikoa. Reigns made his first appearance since losing his WWE Undisputed Title to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 40. Reigns' interference in the Rhodes vs. Sikoa match prevented Sikoa from winning the WWE Undisputed Title.

With Reigns gone, Solo Sikoa took over The Bloodline, introducing new members and throwing out Paul Heyman and Jimmy Uso. Sikoa proclaimed himself the New Tribal Chief and turned on Reigns, leading to Reigns attacking him at WWE SummerSlam.
After Reigns' return, he has focused on the Ula Fala that Solo Sikoa wore during his absence. On the August 9 edition of WWE SmackDown, Reigns took on The New Bloodline by himself. However, this past Friday on WWE SmackDown, the faction, with assistance from Samoan Destroyer Jacob Fatu, took him down.
The faction then put Reigns through a table, with The New Bloodline emerging victorious and Sikoa wearing the Ula Fala. Outnumbered and without help, Reigns faces major challenges. Reports from PWN suggest that Reigns will receive help from the original Bloodline in the coming months.
