Romualdez said that in times of crisis it is everyone's duty to work together and lend a helping hand to those who need it.
About 1,000 beneficiaries from the city's sixth district received P3,000 each from the said program of the Department of Social Welfare and Development.
Romualdez, the wife of Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez, was accompanied by Quezon City Rep. Marivic Co Pilar and her husband, Assemblyman Banjo Pilar.
