Michelle Pfeiffer Joins Yellowstone Universe! What to Expect from Madison Spinoff
Madison (previously titled 2024) will reportedly center on wealthy matriarch Stacy Clyburn and her family, who leave New York City to move to Montana after her husband and brother-in-law are tragically killed in a plane crash.
This is Paramount’s latest Yellowstone spinoff, following the Tim McGraw-led prequel 1883 and the Harrison Ford-led prequel 1923. Prior to casting Pfeiffer, Russell and Adams, Matthew McConaughey was previously attached to helm the project. Production on the spinoff is expected to begin sometime this month in Montana, New York and Texas. The film is expected to debut in 2025.
Yellowstone was created and executive produced by Taylor Sheridan and John Linson. The series currently stars Luke Grimes, Kelly Reilly, Wes Bentley, Cole Hauser, Kelsey Asbille, Brecken Merrill, Jefferson White, Forrie Smith, Denim Richards, Ian Bohen, Finn Little, Ryan Bingham, Gil Birmingham, Jen Landon, and Kathryn Kelly. The fifth and final season returns for its mid-season premiere on November 5.
