A new citizen is coming to Zootopia.

Ke Huy Quan is joining the cast of Zootopia 2 as a snake named Gary, lead actress Ginnifer Goodwin announced Friday night during the Disney Entertainment Showcase at D23.

“Reptiles have a dark past,” she said, teasing that only Quans Gary could send the crew “on a whole new mission.”

Of the slithery reptile, Goodwin added: “creepy, slithery, [and] very venomous.”
